Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates Program

We have partnered with Studio Pilates Oxley to bring you a 6 week Mums and Bubs program! This program is designed to be postpartum safe and baby friendly.

What to expect

This Reformer Pilates program focuses on total-body workouts with powerful cross-training benefits to help you gain strength, mobility, endurance and body alignment.

The Reformer Pilates machines are spaced to allow you enough room to have your baby in their pram right beside you. You will also have Shamika and Cassie available to assist with your baby during the workout. With your permission they can push prams, hold your baby or entertain them on our play mat while you exercise.
