What to expect
Kangatraining is a safe, fun post-natal exercise class for mums and their babies. If you've never heard of Kangatraining before some would say its like babywearing zumba plus a whole lot more. Each class includes pelvic floor exercises, core work and a full body dance workout.
Kangatraining is designed to include your baby or toddler in your workout by using an exercise safe baby carrier. In this program we also allow for you to bring multiple children so if you are a Mumma with a baby and toddler, twins, triplets, have 2 under 2 this one is for you Mumma! As part of this program you can bring a second child completely FREE and we have a child minder Cassie available to watch your little one insight of you the entire time. We have a kids corner set up on one side of the hall with play mats and toys so your little one will be entertained and looked after right insight of you the entire time.
